A Personal Story
I was born in Samoa and raised in a cross-cultural, blended family in Aotearoa New Zealand. My life has been shaped by complex family dynamics, including parental loss, divorce, addiction, mental health struggles, and the tragic loss of my stepbrother. These experiences became the catalyst for my transformation—from high school English teacher to a coach dedicated to healing and growth.
Over the past two decades, I’ve retrained in positive psychology, conscious parenting, mindfulness, and modern relational tools. I’ve worked with organisations like The Peace Foundation, Brainwave Trust, and Great Potentials Foundation, supporting families, youth, and schools across Aotearoa.
Today, I specialise in helping parents raise emotionally resilient children while strengthening their own self-awareness and connection. I also support couples to build conscious, compassionate partnerships grounded in empathy and communication.
I believe that with the right support and communication skills, every family has the capacity to grow, heal, and thrive.

My Approach
Educational
Empathetic
Collaborative
My approach is to provide a safe space to offload, process, discuss and hold space for you to release-whatever you need. I am a genuine, caring professional and devoted parent who understands that sometimes we all need support to navigate the challenging times and storms in our lives. My coaching style is non-judgemental and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I will help you discover new insights about yourself and provide lasting changes to the way you feel, think and behave. When we start to implement new ways of interacting with our children and partners everything will automatically change.
Is my approach right for you?
Yes, it’s likely a good fit if you:
✓ Are looking for short-term support (between 2–10 sessions)
✓ Appreciate a practical, forward-focused approach to your current situation
✓ Are motivated to explore evidence-based strategies and tools for connection
✓ Are open to working on your wellbeing between sessions
✓ Value working with someone experienced, accredited, and grounded in both coaching and mediation
Possibly not if you:
✖ Are looking for long-term therapy or support over many months or years
✖ Prefer to work only with a psychologist or legal specialist in mediation
✖ Want a low-cost option and qualifications are less important to you
✖ Feel that your situation is fixed and not open to change
✖ Prefer not to engage with practices outside of sessions
✖ Are not ready to reflect on your beliefs and patterns

"Let your mind be still for the wisdom you seek is like that butterfly over yonder, If you try to catch it with your intellect it will simply fly away. On the other hand, if you can still your mind someday, when you least expect it, it will land in the palm of your hand."
